Meet Our Team
We are a team of professional, certified, experienced, and trained providers of supervised visitation monitoring, parenting education classes, and child safe exchange family services. All team members are CPR certified, pass DFPS background checks, and specialize in Trauma Informed Care. We focus on child safety, and are mandatory reporters of suspected child abuse. We are passionate about our purpose because "we are family" helping to create a family legacy for you!
Debbie Bergert
Founder / Executive Director
Debbie holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology, and has over 30 years of experience working with children and families. She is a strong advocate for youth, and specializes in musical therapy to promote healing. Debbie has worked with the Department of Family & Protective Services providing home studies for families and children involved in CPS. She is a professional educator and a presenter for the Parent-Teacher Allies Program helping recognize signs
of Mental Health challenges. Debbie has worked with civil courts in multiple counties providing expert testimony for court dockets along with child safety recommendations. She is a highly trained supervised visitation monitor and a certified parenting educator.
Debbie, and her husband Doug, just celebrated 34 years of marriage. They have 4 children, 1 grandchild, and another one on the way. They also became foster parents to a little one last year.
Ashley Jungmann, MSW
Social Worker / SV Monitor
Ashley holds a Master's degree in Social Work, and specializes in working with children and families. She has over 10 years of experience working in the Texas Department of Child Protective Services and Foster Care system. Ashley is certified as a Crisis Team Trainer with the Waco Police Department. She continues to advocate for children and families through volunteer activities and her former role as a Violent Crime Victim Liaison with the local police department as well as providing counseling services with a local Teen Suicide Prevention Program.
Hannah Bergert
SV Monitor
Hannah has experience working in the judicial system and with children and families. She spent several years as a nanny and is aware of the need for child safety, so she makes this a priority. Hannah is professionally trained to monitor supervised visits and assist with helping maintain the parent - child relationship. She also has experience working in the courtroom and coordinating with judges, prosecutors, defendants, and law enforcement, along with filing documents and scheduling court dockets. Hannah considers her greatest accomplishment as being a mother to her new little boy.
Jeremiah Bergert
Chief Financial Officer
Jeremiah is the director of our accounting department. He holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting along with 11 years of corporate finance experience. Jeremiah maintains our financial obligations to keep the business running smoothly and ensure all compliance measures are met. Jeremiah and his wife, Tanya, have been married just over 2 years. They have a golden retriever named Rey, and they will soon welcome their first child.
Jordan Bergert
Security Director
Jordan studied at Stephen F. Austin State University. He leads our security department, and he is skilled at keeping our team and families protected. Jordan is fierce at ensuring all aspects of our business operates safely. He has a big heart for serving families as well as caring for his furry family, Jack and Tom.
